The Do’s and Don'ts when you have a urine problem!

• Don’t; use any harsh acidic cleaners when cleaning urine yourself! Things like Vinegar actually cause more damage and make stains permanent. Let us handle the cleaning if possible to reduce further damage!

• Don’t; scrub carpet aggressivly with brushes or towels. This can cause the fibers of the carpet to fray. Once this kind of damage is done it’s typically permanent. Don’t scrub unless you know what you're doing!

• Don’t; give up after you have used other professional cleaners and had no improvement. We regularly go in after others and are able to remove stains and smells that others haven’t.

• Do; use hot water and safer chemicals such as Nature's Miracle (While we still don’t recommend over the counter chemicals) then soak it up into a towel or home cleaner. This is to get you by until a professional cleaning!
